Dr. Walder graduated Summa Cum Laude from William Paterson University and received her medical degree from Rutgers Medical School. After an internship in internal medicine she completed her residency in dermatology at the University of Miami Department of Dermatology and Cutaneous Surgery and serves there as a Clinical Assistant Professor.
Dr. Walder is certified by The American Board of Dermatology, is a Fellow of The American Academy of Dermatology, and is a member of The Florida Society of Dermatology, The American Society of Dermatological Surgery, The Miami Dermatologic Society, and The American Medical Association. She has hospital privileges at Mt. Sinai / Miami Heart Institute and Jackson Memorial Hospital.
Dr. Walder is an aesthetic consultant to the leading pharmaceutical companies dedicated to the treatment of dermatological and aesthetic conditions. She has been involved in clinical trials for numerous cosmetic procedures.
Dr. Walder is dedicated to charities that support women, children, and the arts. She has served on the Board of the Childrens Home Society, is a founding board member of Women of Tomorrow, a board member of the Sundari Foundation / Lotus House, a member of International Womens Forum, and has served on the board of the Bass Museum and the advisory Board of the Miami City Ballet School.
