Dr. Diane Walder has achieved national recognition as one of this country’s leading cosmetic dermatologists. She has been quoted in such periodicals as Vogue, W, Allure, Cosmopolitan, and Glamour. And, she is considered a resource for the very latest advances in skin care by broadcast news media outlets across the nation. Dr. Walder is a sought-after public speaker and has appeared on numerous television presentations.
Dr. Walder has dedicated herself to children’s charities and has served on the Board of the Children’s Home Society, Bass Museum and the advisory Board of Miami City Ballet School. She is also a founding member of Women of Tomorrow and the Women’s Leadership of the United Way.
Dr. Walder received her bachelor’s degree Summa Cum Laude from William Paterson University, and earned her medical degree at Rutgers Medical School. She completed her internship in internal medicine at St. Vincent’s Medical Center and her residency in dermatology at the University of Miami, where she serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor of Dermatology and Cutaneous Surgery. Dr. Walder is certified by the American Board of Dermatology and is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, The Florida Society of Dermatology and the American Society of Dermatological Surgery. She has served as a clinical trial investigator for Medicis Aesthetics, as a physician trainer for Allergan Cosmetics and serves on the advisory Board of Medicis Pharmaceutical Aesthetics Division.
Dr Cynthia Golomb is a board-certified dermatologist and dermatopathologist with a special interest in procedures that can improve the texture and appearance of the skin. She has extensive experience in dermatology teaching and continues instruction as volunteer faculty at the Miller School of Medicine, Jackson Memorial Hospital.
She received her bachelor of science degree in pharmacy at the University of Pittsburgh where she graduated cum laude and earned her medical degree at the University of Miami School of Medicine.
She completed her internship at University Hospital, University of Colorado in Denver. Her residency in dermatology was completed at The University of Miami, Jackson Hospital and a completed a fellowship in dermatopathology at Roger Williams Medical Center, Boston University, Providence, Rhode Island.
She served as an assistant professor at Boston University where she had a faculty appointment in the department of dermatology and skin surgery, Roger Williams Medical Center, Providence, Rhode Island. During that appointment she supervised residents in cosmetic and laser procedures. She also developed a community based dermatology rotation, authored a book chapter and a number of journal articles. She continues to be active in research involving novel skin therapies.
She is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, American Society of Dermatopathology, Florida Dermatologic Society and Past President of the Miami Dermatology Society.
